Question: Is it rude to stay in your room at all hours of the day when you have a roommate?

Answer: It is not rude to be in your room all day when you have a roommate because technically it is just as much your room as it is theirs. Therefore, you can be there whenever you want. However, it can be seen as annoying because there are days when you want to be alone in your room and when your roommate is always there then you never really get that chance to. If you want time to yourself, I think you should speak with your roommate about giving you that period of time to yourself. If you are the one who is constantly in the room, then you can always ask your roommate if they feel like you are in there too much and if they want space. Essentially, speaking to your roommate about it is really important as they can not know how you are feeling without you vocally expressing it to them.

Question: How do you successfully quit your IG Reels and TikTok addiction?

Answer: You can try going cold turkey by deleting the apps off of your phone so that you are not tempted to go on either of them. However, you would need to pick up a hobby to stop yourself from downloading them both because when you eventually get bored you will just get back on the apps so you can entertain yourself. If this is too much for you then you can utilize downtime, where you can schedule specific time periods when the app and its notifications are blocked and you can not use it. If you do this you can slowly decrease the amount of time you use the app until you do not feel the need to be on it as much.

Question: In a dorm, it is 7:30 am, all of the dryers have been sitting with clothes in them for at least 30 minutes, if not the whole night. Would it be wrong to empty one of them into a basket?

Answer: No, it would not be wrong to empty the dryer because they most likely fell asleep doing laundry or forgot about it all together. If you take it out and place it in a safe space somewhere where they can easily access it then there should be no problems because you need to get your clothes dry too.
