As excitement builds for ice hockey fans, and transfer students, others returning students say it was more exciting during their earlier years at Oswego State.  While some, are not as invested in ice hockey;  the Oswego State Lakers men’s ice hockey team will take on the Plattsburgh Cardinals for the annual “Whiteout” game Feb. 20.
