This past summer the City of Oswego held its 26th annual Harborfest. The weekend full of fun activities for families and residents was also a huge social event for Oswego State students. During Harborfest a party occurred at the Flat rocks located on the Oswego State shoreline next to the Electrical plant. Beer cans and garbage were left all over the shore and even drifted into the lake. Being a topic of interest The Oswegonian went around asking students and staff their opinions on this incident.
