BREAKING: Woodshed finally sold after two years

"

The Woodshed Tavern, a local bar and grill once popular among college students, has been sold after spending more than two years for sale.

"

""William Galloway, broker and owner of Century 21 Galloway Realty, which had the listing, confirmed Tuesday a selling price had been agreed upon between the owner and buyers. Galloway expects to close on the property within the next few weeks.

"The property had been for sale since owner Diane Broadwell decided to retire and sell the business. The initial asking price for the establishment was more than $600,000. Following several price reductions, the price was again lowered in September to $362,000.

"The new owners plan to make extensive changes to the establishment, but will also keep the Woodshed name. Located on George Washington Boulevard, the property is less than a mile from the Oswego State campus.
